hi matt, i need a little reminder here on a couple of things.
1) what is the motor in my buggy? i can not seem to get the low end carb tuning screw to turn. is it setscrewed or is that tiny setscrew at the bottom of the thottle shaft only for shaft position? did you have to lock tight it? the motor is very rich outta the corners so it definately needs some turning! if you tell me that the screw should turn as it sits, then once i go at it hard and crank it too much what is a good brand of carb to replace it with if need be.
2) are the turnbuckles stock items? i need to replace the rear center/ upper balls and rod ends and was wondering what i shall order.
The engine is a Sh.21 there is no lock of any kind on the low needle. Before adjusting any thing for a low end bog make sure you check clutch. I had not had to touch the tuning on that all year.(but stranger thing have happen). As for carb replacement if you still have trouble i should be able to get it working for you LMK(SPARE PARTS IN MY BOX)
