Is the traxxas Jato legal to race in the 1/10 stadium class this year even though its a 2 speed with a .15 engine in it?

We are really easy to get a long with .As long as the R/C kit is a production 10 scale stadium truck it will be allowed . This goes with all the classes that we run . ONly class that has some grey areas are the Monster trucks.
