Hey matt, I think Matt's Hobbies sounds great!!! Myself along with other I have spoken to have all asked Trevor when parts are coming in, and we all get some strange answer. Now if Steve were there............. you wouldnt be posting this message.
there were indeed parts shortages with Xray as they devoted their production resources and efforts into producing the T2 and preparing it for launch (Kits should be in Canada next week - tak to your LHS to make there they have a pre-order in as initial shipments are limited)
With the worldwide launchorder of T2's having been produced Xray has been able to shift back to a regular production schedule, producing T2 kits, as well as parts for the T2 and T1 series of cars.
T1 part stock levels have begun to increase again and T2 parts are expected soon.
The parts supply situation is stabilizing....
Contact your LHS for parts, and if they are not in stock, there is a strong chance that CanwestRC will be able to get them to the shop in as little as a couple of days...Stock fill levels should be back to the normal high level that CanWestRC works hard to provide very soon...
Please email me at info@canwestrc.net if you are having any issues finding XRAY parts in your area. Some restructuring apparently is happening in your area. We are working with all party's to resolve this in a quick manner.
T1 parts have been coming in all week, the most popular ones are due with the 1st T2 Shipment.
As for the T2- only the kits have come on the 1st batch for the WORLD. The parts order is due in 10 days to 2 weeks according to the factory.
our 1st batch of T2's are due this coming week ( already shops in Toronto have confirmed their orders) one order is coming at the begining of the week and the 2nd in the later part of the week. Because of the huge demad for the kit we are shipping on a 1st confirmed basis. If you are expecting this kit, please have your local shop contact to confirm the order as soon as possible to ensure you are one of the 1st in your area to have it.
