cvd boots

I put some cvd boots on my Mayhem. Before I out them on a put grease on the cvd. Then when I pulled the wide end of the boot over ,grease got on that part too making the boots large end slide around on the steel. Is that okay or will they fall off?

Bent shock shaft

I am rebuilding my mayhem shocks. I noticed one shock shaft was a little bent. If I put new seals in will the bent shaft wear thaem out quickly or should I be okay?

I have a few questions concerning racing at Niagara R/c offroad. I have never been to a race there before. I was wondering if there is a race on july 2 2006? If there is, would I need a personal transponder or could I rent one at the track? How much does it cost to enter the race? What time does it start at?
